What is a Metro District?

Tollgate Crossing is a residential metropolitan district located in Aurora, Colorado.

The Tollgate Crossing Metropolitan District (TGCMD) is a special district organized in accordance with Title 32 of the Colorado Revised  Statutes.  It is a public entity which is authorized to own, operate and maintain public improvements and impose taxes and/or fees to pay for such services and improvements.

The Tollgate Crossing Metro District encompasses two Home Owner Associations. Tollgate Crossing HOA of 1024 homes and the Newbridge HOA which is made up of  of 245 homes.

Tollgate Crossing Clubhouse

The TGCMD owns and maintains the clubhouse and swimming pool located at East Belleview Avenue and East Bellewood Drive.

Tollgate Crossing Community Park.

The TGCMD maintains a 6.4 acre park located at the corner of South Duquesne and South Catawba Streets.

TGCMD also maintains the Tollgate Crossing Bridge at Belleview and Gun Club along with over 1 million square feet of common area landscaping.
